RMA Policy
Parts and/or accessories that are removed and replaced from products sent to Talla-Tech to
be repaired, overhauled, repaired under warranty, or upgraded shall belong to Talla-Tech. Talla-Tech
shall have the sole right to retain said parts and/or accessories and disposition as appropriate per
company policy. All products returned to Talla-Tech for repair under warranty will be repaired at no cost
to the customer. All products returned under warranty will be evaluated and repaired in 10 business
days, not to include time for shipping or holidays.
Transportation
- Unless otherwise specified, the customer should ship products being returned under RMA number by means of any authorized Talla-Tech carrier.
- Talla-Tech will return repaired units using the same method and speed of service by which it was shipped.
Inspection
- All incoming RMA's are subject to incoming inspection by a qualified technician to determine the RMA classification of the unit.
Warranty Repair Return Policy
- Call Talla-Tech Customer Service toll free at 1-866-856-3575 to find out the classification of your return. (Warranty or Non-Warranty)
- All products returned to Talla-Tech must be accompanied by an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) as well as the RMA return authorization form, sent via e-mail, once the customer has been issued an RMA number.
- The RMA number must be printed on the outside of the box and the RMA return authorization form with RMA details included in the box with the shipment. Failure to comply will result in the product being returned to sender unprocessed.
- After the customer is issued an RMA number to return product for repair, that case/RMA number will stay open for a period of 10 business days. After that period, if the product has not been received, the case/RMA will be closed and the customer will have to request a new RMA number for return.
- All products returned for warranty repair will be repaired within a period not to exceed 10 business days after receipt of the product. If there is any reason that Talla-Tech cannot complete the repair within 10 business days, the customer will be notified as to the issues in completing the repair.
- All RMA's shipped to Talla-Tech will be shipped with the RMA item only. Accessories and/or ancillary equipment shall not be shipped with the RMA item unless the additional item or accessory has also been issued an RMA number. If a customer has shipped an accessory without an RMA number, that accessory will be returned to the customer immediately.

Non-Warranty Repair - OTFWT Return Policy
- If it is determined that the product returned is out of warranty or classified as OTFWT (other than fair wear and tear), the customer will be notified with a quote to repair the product via e-mail.
- After sending the customer a quote, Talla-Tech will hold the product awaiting a Purchase Order (PO) or Credit Card (CC) payment for a period no longer than 30 days. After that time if Talla-Tech has not received a PO or CC payment the unit will be returned to the customer at Talla-Tech expense.
- After receiving a quote, the customer must respond with either a CC payment or PO to the customer service department before authorization is made for the repair to begin.
- Once authorization is given to complete the repair, Talla-Tech will repair the out of warranty or OTFWT unit within 10 business days of the time of receipt of the PO or CC.
- If the customer elects not to have the repair made the RMA will be returned to the customer at Talla-Tech expense.
Repair - Upgrades Return Policy
- All products shipped to Talla-Tech in mass quantities of 10 units or more under warranty will be coordinated with the customer service dept. for scheduling of shipment and repair depending on production availability.
- If during inspection of the units 1 or more units are determined to be out of warranty or classified as OTFWT, the customer will be notified within 48 hours or 2 business days that the products returned have been deemed as such and these units will fall under the prescribed repair for quotation.
Rights In Use Of Technical Data
- Either party shall not reproduce, use or disclose any data, designs or other information belonging to or supplied by or on behalf of the other party, except as necessary in the performance of the purchase order. Unless otherwise specified by the providing party, such data, designs or other information and any copies thereof shall be returned to the providing party upon completion or earlier termination of this purchase order.
- No license is granted under any patents owned by Buyer or Seller except for the purpose of Talla-Tech making and selling Work to Buyer and the intended use of product or services provided to Buyer pursuant to this purchase order. Talla-Tech shall not make, use, or sell items represented by such data, designs, information or patents without the specific written permission of Buyer. Where Buyer's data, designs or other information is furnished to Talla-Tech's suppliers for procurement of Work by Talla-Tech for use in the performance of Buyer's Contract, Talla-Tech shall insert the substance of this provision in its orders.
Delivery
- Return of RMA product will be delivered to the address from which it was shipped unless otherwise specified upon initial request of RMA.
- Returns will be shipped utilizing the same speed and method of shipment service that the customer utilized.
- Talla-Tech will utilize any Talla-Tech authorized carrier for the return shipment of a customer RMA.
